First Aid Training

A group of people at Winlaton base indicated that they would like to learn first aid. The people put together a list of what they would like to learn and a course was designed to, include home safety.

The first aid was taught at the base by one of the staff, the home safety training was done via visits to the police and fire stations. Certificates were specially designed for the group. We invited the Commander for St John's Ambulance, Northumbria, to present the group with their certificates. On the day a Crusader ambulance was brought along for everyone to see.
